On June 15, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed by SDUST and Shandong Energy Bureau. The two parties will carry out exchanges and cooperation in scientific and technological research, industrial technology incubation and other aspects. Luo Gongli, chairman of the university council, had a meeting with Luan Jian, director of the Energy Bureau of Shandong Province. President Yao Qingguo presided over the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

At the signing ceremony, Yao expressed his gratitude to the Shandong Energy Bureau for its support. He analyzed and introduced the current situation of energy structure in Shandong Province and the next step of energy structure adjustment. Luan said that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement has opened a new chapter of cooperation between the two sides. He hoped that the two sides would have in-depth communication, take the problems encountered in the adjustment of energy structure in Shandong Province as scientific research topics, and jointly contribute to the development of energy strategy in Shandong Province.
