The joint education program offers two courses, Electrical Engineering and Statics, which are attended by WNEU visiting students and 77 Chinese students selected from the College of Civil Engineering and the College of Electrical Engineering and Automation. Delivered in English, the two coursesconsist of different modules based on different themes of teaching. A test will be held at the end of each module. And there will be a final exam at the end of the course. Students who pass the final exams can get the credit, which is recognized by the two universities.
It is the third time for SDUST and WNEU to organize such joint educating course that started in 2014. The joint educating course significantly increased the friendship of the two universities, pushed forward the reform of teaching and course design, and improved the academic quality of SDUST.
