Prof. Ute Ambroisius,President of Ansbach University, Germany leading a group of three visited SDUSTfrom October 12th to 14th. President Ren Tingqi met with the German guests. Thetwo sides had friendly exchanges and reached consensus on many issues. Alsopresent at the meeting were senior staffs from the International Office,College of Economics and Management and College of Chemical and EnvironmentalEngineering.

President Ren profiled SDUSTto the guests and highly appreciated the bilateral ties between the twouniversities and the achievements obtained. He hoped to extend the scope ofcooperation by furthering faculty and student exchange.

President Ambroisius thankedSDUST for sending outstanding students to Ansbach, saying that Ansbach shall doher best for student cultivation. She believed that multi-channel andmulti-level cooperation could be explored and realized.

President Ambroisius and herparty was scheduled to meet with 2013 and 2014 batches of exchange students, tovisit SDUST labs, to have discussions with professional counterparts and todeliver lectures to students.
