SuperMaster team of SDUST won the first prize in the World Robotics Competition

Recently, the 2022 World Robotics Conference jointly held by the China Association for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Beijing Municipal People's Government came to an end, and the WRCC2022 World Robotics Competition, an important event of the conference, also came to a smooth end. Two teams from the College of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Shandong University of Science and Technology participated in the robot application contest of industrial machine vision programming and application. After fierce competition, the "SuperMaster" team won the first prize (runner-up) and the "Bi Yi" team won the third prize.

It is reported that the World Robotics Competition has been held for 6 times since 2015, attracting more than 150,000 competitors from more than 20 countries around the world. It has been widely praised by mainstream media as the "Olympic Games" in the robot industry, and is an official professional competition in the robotics field with wide influence at home and abroad.
